Medical Staffing

Hiring qualified individuals in the medical/healthcare field is a difficult task. We, at LIA, understand the obstacles faced in employing and maintaining healthcare professionals and therefore, we aim to make it easier for our clients. According to the University of Phoenix, “Adults 18 and older, who are serving or have served in the U.S. military, had a plan for moving on into civilian life. Those surveyed reported that they needed job interview assistance (43 percent) and help with professional networking (38 percent) and career planning (36 percent). They also said they needed assistance finding available civilian jobs (34 percent), connecting with employers (33 percent), and developing résumés and cover letters (30 percent).”

Our company makes military transition an easy process. Our team of professionals has the step-by-step guide and tools to assist military members in transition successfully. Our staff has provided military transitional services that include educational consultancy and employment for over 10 years. We have provided transitional services for the National Guard Bureau, Department of the Army, and DOL.

This unique language is filled with acronyms and terminology that civilian employers may be unfamiliar with, and therefore, they have a hard time understanding the experience of a service member, retiree, or veteran.

LIA has the tools and resources to translate military terminology into civilian terminology. We can develop a resume that will help civilian employers understand the experience as a Service member, veteran, or retiree.

At LIA, we have counselors to assist individuals with education and On-the-job training (OJT). Our team is knowledgeable about financial aid and G.I. Bill.
